Ancalagoth

Started as Ouróboros in July 2010. After several name changes, which included "Infernal Purgatory", "Wisdom Purgatory" and "Hail Helvete", the band settled on their current name on July 19th, 2011. Almost all songs were re-recorded with new lyrics for Sven Fallen 's next project, Talavera 1541 . There's in fact an unreleased demo by Ancalagoth, whose tracks became the basis for later Talavera releases; they're the same songs with modified lyrics. The Ancalagoth demo was supposed to be released by Algol Records , but the label took too long, so Sven Fallen ended up creating Talavera, changing the themes and lyrics.
