Art of Dying

Not to be confused with the alternative/hard rock/post-grunge/modern rock band Art of Dying from Canada. Also released a demo in 2004. There was another demo named Suicide Murder Ride made in 2006, but it is not certain whether it was released under this name or the band's later name.
